Dr. Edsell C . Bernardo, a board certified internist, has joined the medical staff of the Westerly Hospital. Dr. Bernardo’s office will be located at The Westerly Medical Center, 46 Wells Street, Westerly. Dr. Bernardo received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. He completed his internship and residency at the North General Hospital Program at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, New York.
