The Westerly Hospital, in conjunction with the Arthritis Foundation, is sponsoring an Arthritis Exercise Program specifically designed for people with any type of arthritis. This gentle exercise program led by trained instructors is designed to help maintain joint range of motion, balance and coordination, muscle strength, and good posture. 

 

Classes will be held twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. from November 12 through December 19. (Please note that the class scheduled for Friday, November 28 will be held on Monday November 24, and the class scheduled on Wednesday December 10 will be held on Monday, December 8).  All classes will be held in the Hospital's Nardone Conference Center.
